Return Policy

You have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. Items posted to Pod Happuch are at the risk of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items and confirm their condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Products purchased on sale or clearance are excluded from refunds.

Exchanges
